There is mixed opinion as to whether or not the topless photos of Miley Cyrus in Vanity Fair will help or hurt her career. In fact, with 1100 votes cast in a public opinion poll on the Vizu Answers research network, the public was perfectly divided with 50% of the respondents on each side of the topless photo debate.
Nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens did not seem to hurt her Disney career. Miley's topless pictures have, however, prompted some chatter that Miley may be on her way to becoming the next Hollywood celebutante train wreck ala Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan.
It will definitely hurt her career because of the fact that she was the idol of many young girls as young as 6 years old and up. Miley Cyrus was to be a role model for these young girls but she train wrecked it in such a stupid way. She was already a big success with loads of money in her bank account, should have been satisfied for her accomplishments at such a young age, and sh have been thankful for being so blessed. Hate to see her become another Britney, Lindsey, Nichole, and Paris!

i totally agree w/ this gal ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ above me. the pictures are just the beginning. Miley will get worse, not better. we NEED to stop her slutty rampage!
here's three girls we all know and love that will gladly take Miley's place: Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove and Demi Lovato.
I would be EXTREMELY happy if the media replaced Miley! and i'm probably not the only one, am i right???

I am always confused why childhood actors feel the need to be slutty to prove that they are grown up. When I see these kinds of picture of them trying to be "sexy" it is not attractive to me but creepy!
