Now that rehab is so commonplace, probation is the new badge of honor in Hollywood. While there are a variety of ways celebrities choose to be put on probation, such as tax evasion and assault, the violation of choice these days seems to be driving and/or drug related.
Take for instance the Lohan, Richie, Hilton triumvirate who have all been repeatedly busted for vehicle code violations. Paris has already upped the anti by doing time, but people are confident that Lohan and Richie are not far from violating their probations.
In a recent public opinion poll conducted on Vizu's network of entertainment oriented websites, a whopping 93% of respondents thought that Nicole and or Lindsay would violate their probations, with 80% saying that Lindsay will violate it first.
