Whether it's at the top of your list, or scarcely a thought in your mind, you most likely have considered the importance of the global warming issue. Are you concerned that the oceans will continue to rise and the increase in erratic weather will have a major effect on our species, or are you on the side that believes the increase of a degree or two just means longer summers and possibly less snow shoveling?
In a market research study, Vizu Answers gets a read on the current mindset of the population. They ran a survey to the internet population asking for their views about the importance of the global warming issue. An overwhelming majority (73.9%) held the belief that the issue was important or extremely important.
If it is such an important issue, how bad is it, and when will we see the effects? Vizu Answers also ran a poll to the same internet population concerning this very question. Despite the fact that half of the respondents consider the issue to be extremely important, a solid 25% believe catastrophic effects of global warming will never take place.

Hi! I think that this research truly reflects the ambiguity of global warming to the common man. even though most of the people find it important, there are still people who don't believe or don't want to believe in the catastrophic results of global warming.
